WHAT IS TASTE AND ART STROLL IN DEL MAR?
The Taste & Art Stroll in Del Mar is an annual event held in the heart of Del Mar village. The event includes a free juried art stroll featuring original artwork by local and regional artists and a ticketed taste. Participants who purchase tickets sample culinary creations offered by Del Mar and North County’s finest food purveyors while strolling among diverse exhibitors. This celebration of art and cuisine also includes live music, children’s interactive art area, and pet stroll.
Restaurants who participate in Taste & Art Stroll must provide the following:
- One serving per guest for approximately 700 guests from 1pm- 4pm
- Staff for serving Tastes
- Plates, napkins, and utensils
- Necessary equipment
- Linens for 6’ table
Del Mar Village Association (DMVA) will provide:
- 6’ table
- Signage
- Event promotion and coordination
WHERE IS THE RESTAURANT TASTE LOCATED?
Participants are positioned either in front of their restaurants or in strategic locations of the downtown area. Closed to traffic, Del Mar Taste & Art Stroll fills the downtown stretching up from 15thth Street to Del Mar Plaza and down Coast Highway 101/Camino Del Mar.

Taste & Art Stroll in Del Mar is presented by the Del Mar Village Association (DMVA). The DMVA is a non-profit Main Street organization committed to revitalizing the village of Del Mar.
